『植物』その枯れゆくとき
透けるほど年老いた花びらに残るほのかな色、水気を失い翌日にはほどけると予感される花びらたち。生命エネルギーの消えゆく様に、心をかたむける人は大勢いるでしょう。死にゆくものからは、美・エロス・哲学が一斉に放出されると感じるからではないでしょうか。
私は植物の臨終に接して、彼らの瑞々しかったときを思わずには入られません。写真は、ときの経過を一画面で見せることはできませんが、まだかすかに残る命の栄華を写しとることによって、彼らの生きたときの流れを表現できるのではないかと思います。

"Plants" The Moment When They Wither
A faded color on shriveled petals, flowers come loose to the end, the life gradually withered
away and we notice the final moment of their lives as plants.
When I face the death, I can not help thinking of life.
Being a witness of the end, people feel the beauty, philosophy, even eroticism there.
Photograph is able to show only a moments of life however, it may express the stream of time by casting the period of glory highlights in life.
